Service Delivery Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our services to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with client expectations. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, manage service delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage service delivery teams to ensure high-quality service is provided to clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Develop and implement service delivery processes, standards, and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
