Human Resources Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Qualifications:
